LiveAgent pricing reflects annual billing. Monthly billing is $19 / $35 / $59 / $85 per agent respectively. AstraQom SIP trunk prices are flat USD per month, billed independently of agent count. One-time SIP setup fee: $1.20. Outbound to Continental USA above bundled minutes: $0.02 / minute. Toll-free, international and SMS billed à la carte.

Is the LiveAgent license the same as buying direct?
Yes — same product, same features, same SLA. The difference is voice: instead of paying a third-party Twilio/360dialog markup, your call center runs on AstraQom's wholesale US trunks at carrier cost.
Can I keep my existing US phone number?
Yes. Number porting is free and typically completes in 5–10 business days. You can run in parallel with call forwarding while the port is in progress.
Is there a setup fee or contract?
No long-term contract. The only setup fee is the $1.20 one-time SIP trunk activation. LiveAgent is month-to-month; cancel any time.
How are outbound minutes billed?
The bundled minutes (500 / 1,500 / 2,500 to Continental USA) are included. Anything above that is $0.02 per minute, billed in 6-second increments.
Do you support 911 / E911?
Yes. Every US DID is provisioned with E911 and a registered service address — required by FCC Kari's Law / RAY BAUM's Act.
